Too Many Patients

I am trying to decide the best way to approach my boss with a problem. We have been overloaded with patients for a few months now. The owner of the office has put out a very aggressive chiropractic marketing plan to bring in patients. It worked, maybe a bit too well. We have been working overtime six days a week. The office staff is completely exhausted. I think we need to talk to him about not bringing in any new patients for awhile. If they are not willing to do this, they may have to hire extra office staff. That way we will have at least two days off a week.
