The Secret of Home Composting Bins

I have been using Home Composting Bins for many years. I have layered and mixed and done all the things your are supposed to do. The one thing I didn’t like dealing with was the smell. I moved the bin to a spot farther from the house. But the best thing I did was add earthworms. My Father likes to fish so any worms he didn’t use, I put in the pile. It has made a world of difference. Not only does the compost turn to soil quicker and the smell is a lot less. Plus the fact that Dad has unlimited red wigglers for fishing. It’s a win-win situation.
