Septic Service Smeared on the Internet

As the new owner of a septic service business, I have made a few oversights in managing my employees.  I have made changes to rectify any bad situations but I have suffered with a tarnished online reputation in the meantime.  I hired a Reputation Management company to help clean up the mess.  When I took over the septic business, I did not have a formal policy about giving estimates.  Most of my ten estimators would give verbal estimates and then the customer would complain that the final bill was too high.  I implemented a written estimate only policy and have not had any problems since.
