MACARTHUR SOLICITOR FOR A SERIOUS CHARGE: MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS CONCERNING CONTAMINATION OF GOODS

I want a insurance for doctors to help me with these charges. I was a janitor in a restaurant and for some extra bucks I used to help in the kitchen too for washing the dishes. One day I cleaned some dishes with a stronger solution as not to wait a long time to clean them. Something went wrong and the cleaning solution remained on the dishes and got someone sick. At first I denied any implications and now I have this charge plus that of working illegally.I don’t know what to do. I want to turn around the situation.
