Leftover cash

I was looking at taupo property for sale on the net the other day and I was quite surprised by some of the prices they had on sections down there, especially out in the western bays. To be quite honest, I was thinking I would have to spend a couple of hundred grand on getting a section that I wanted but they had some really good ones listed for nearly fifty less than that. This was awesome news for me as that means I will have that much more to put into building a house than I had originally budgeted for, which means a few extra luxuries.
