Importance of HACCP Training in Food Service

HACCP training is something that is imperative for any manager or business owner whose business deals with food.  This training is going to teach you the proper procedures for handling and cooking food and about possible contaminants.   The training can be done online or it can be done offline, and even though someone has taken the haccp training, it never hurts to have a refresher course.   it’s always a good idea to have a few people in a business that serves food to the public.  This is going to allow the people who have been trained to be there when the other person is on vacation, just in case there is a problem.
