How I found My Fredericksburg VA home for sale easily and cheaply

I’ve been living in this area for over ten years. I thought I knew the area really well, but there were parts of this town that I’d never even seen. See, in virginia there are a lot of hills and valleys and things tend to be hidden. It’s nice in winter because the trees lose their leaves and then you can really see what’s around. It’s a tip that the nicest real estate agent ever gave me. I was looking for fredericksburg va homes for sale for several reasons, i wanted to stay in the area and I wanted to rent my house out to the military families in the area. I saw several nice ones so far, but am still looking.
