Funeral directors offer a service that is usually considered as a specialized one. So it’s no wonder that you have to obtain a license for working as a funeral directors . The license that you need may be a separate one for every service which you offer or a combined license for all your services.
It might also be that you require separate licenses for working in different parts of the country where you reside. Each state can have its own licensing requirements for funeral directors. You must also be above 21 years of age to be able to apply for a license and must undertake theoretical and practical training prior to doing so.
