First class service for novice console users

I was searching through the internet for someone who could help me locally with setting up an Xbox which I bought as a surprise for my Son for his sixteenth birthday. I needed some advice as to how to get it working and connected up to the internet as I didn’t know where to start. I saw an article and written below was www.thehelpline.com brilliant advice and clicked onto it. The helpline was there to deal with all kinds of problems and queries so it said so I though I would give it a go. I rang a premium rate number but I didn’t mind as I needed to get it all set up before the morning of my Sons special day. They actually talked efficiently all the way through the call in helping me to get the Xbox set up.
