you see, I have this horrible habit of biting my fingernails and filled most of my adult life I have been embarrassed about and have been constantly trying to cure myself. But this is Amy horrible habit trying to break this is worse than trying to get an alcoholic to stop thinking, or a smoker to throw away cigarettes.
