I was in a state of panic when I was informed that the company I work for will be closing down in about 30 days. This was not very much time to reorganize my financial life or to find new Health Insurance. This was my first job and at the age of 24 I really do not know much about living without a paycheck. I called my parents and asked them what to do. They were very calm about the situation and told me to find a temporary policy that will tie me over until I find another job with benefits.

I just started lifting weights in the past few weeks, and I absolutely love it. I have no idea why it took me this long to get into bodybuilding, but better late than never I guess.
My favorite workout day is definitely chest and back, and I’m seeing some pretty impressive changes in my upper body even though it’s only been a few weeks now. I can’t wait to see my progress after several months of working out.
I haven’t started taking any supplements yet, but I’m thinking about ordering some creatine. Has anyone else ever used creatine before? Was it helpful?

My son Billy just barely graduated from high school this year. He is a very intelligent young man but he had some difficulty on the English parts of his graduation test. My husband and I decided he needed to take a summer course to help him before he started college in the fall. We finally got him to agree with a one month program we found online by simply entering english course in new york. Hopefully this class will give him the boost he needs to be able to do a better job with his English classes in college this fall.
