I have always wanted to withdraw some of the equity in my home. This was because I have had my eye on a new car, and wanted to use my home as collateral for getting a loan. Im not much of a fruits and veggie eater so salads have never really been my forte. However I do like shrimp so Ive been thinking I could try a shrimp salad. Maybe do the little deep fried popcorn shrimp hot out of the frying pan with cooked noodles and the cocktail sauce as dressing kind of? I have no idea if it would actually taste good or not! I guess that means I need to google shrimp salad recipes and hope theres one with noodles, because honestly I dont think shrimp would go well with lettuce, spinach, or dandelion leaves for that matter.

During my spare time from work, I decided to do some research on the Basement Wall Insulation I will need for my new house. Instead of doing it from inside, I have decided to tell the contractor to do it from the outer side, which even though it is costly the pros are that it works well with foundation drainage as well as damp-proofing. One thing that makes the cost worth it for me is that the insulation can be installed around the entire outside of the basement, which means that it not only provides insulation but it can also protect my basement from the outside elements. If I had picked interior basement wall insulation it could easily be damaged by moisture and other natural occurrences that come with a basement. Since the contractors have already been informed of the external basement wall insulation, they can be sure that they have the proper drainage in place while they are building the insulation, which is much easier than having to put it in later.

Thanks to a great loan modification attorney, my parents have renegotiated their mortgage with the lender. The terms of the mortgage remain the same with the exception of the length of the loan. They were allowed to take the remaining 19 years of the mortgage and extend it out to 30 years. This lowered there payment to a point that they can afford while my mother continues to look for work. My parents have been telling everyone they know about the loan modification and recommending the attorney that worked so hard for them. This has truly given them a second chance.
