My niece just got an brand new playroom that is stocked with couches and tables from Furniture 123. When it came time to decorate the space, her parents made the mistake of letting her choose every detail. So she went crazy with the color purple. They started with a rug but it wasn’t enough. So they painted the walls but it wasn’t enough. They bought purple curtains, but it wasn’t enough. So they even went as far as painting the ceiling and changing the light bulbs! Now the room is a purple haze. I don’t know if this is good for any one’s vision, but she’s happy!

I had a clogged pipe in my downstairs bathroom so I called a plumber. He used his ridgid seesnake to see into the pipe in order to locate the clog and to determine what it was that was clogging the pipe. He used a specialized solvent to try to dissolve the clog but it didn’t work. He then took a hook and threaded it down the pipe. The hook was able to grab the clog and pull it out. The water drains from my bathtub in a few minutes now when it used to take at least half an hour.

I remember when we had to climb up the ladder or the trees and also try to do that while carrying saws and chainsaws and other pruning equipment needed. Now we decided it would be worth buying or renting a lift to get us up there. Yet until we have regular work we won’t consider spending the money to buy if we can get a manlift rental cheap enough. I figure that we could check out the different styles and types and then decide which one we like best. Then we will probably buy something used at first. Then in a few years we could purchase a new one perhaps.
