I’m so fed up with my son right now. I know he’s a teenager and that teenagers are notorious for being sloppy, but I swear, that boy can’t put away anything. He comes in the house, throws his book bag, gym bag and boxing gloves on the couch and kicks off his shoes. Those items will lay there until the next day or until I have a fit and make him put them away. It’s like he thinks he is the only one who lives here. What does a mom have to do to get her child to put away their things? OK, my rant is over.

I saw a sign on the road today for the landings realty. I had to turn around and pull to the side of the road to write down the telephone number. When I got home I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment to go in tomorrow to see some new houses. My husband wants me to narrow down our choices before he goes to look. He only has a couple of hours of free time during the week so he cannot go to all of the appointments with me. I hope to have our choices narrowed down by next week. Then I will take him to see my favorites.

I work for this online company which trains their people with videos that are downloaded from the Internet. I will say one thing only about them. Yuck! That’s right, they really should of used a professional voice over talent to do the reading of the instructions because this guy is horrible. It’s not as if you can’t learn but I wanted to go to sleep, and he made lots of mistakes and hesitated during the video courses. I don’t think it was very professional and they should of went online and found someone reasonable to do the job instead of doing it himself. What gets me is I don’t understand how he could of listened to them and still used them.

There’s this post about WWII German memorabilia on ebay and how they won’t allow you to put ‘Nazi’ in the subject line. Which is really interesting – I totally understand that they don’t want a bunch of skinheads hawking Hitler stuff on their site. I certainly wouldn’t want that. But what’s weird is…well…you know that the Germans were Nazis in WWII. Just not saying it doesn’t make it go away…this is one of those weird cases where it’s like, Okay, do we not say it because we don’t want to attract the wrong sort of business, or is it some sort of weird censorship issue? It’s stuff like this that makes me glad I’m not a judge, because you know some ambulance chasing lawyer is going to take it to court some day.
