I decided to go out to lunch with one of my co-workers who had just bought a new automobile. He was so proud of it and he wanted see what I bought. When I looked at it I could not believe how nice it was, and there was a lot of leg room. He said that he had spent a few weeks thinking about this car, before he purchased it. Then he told me how little he was paying for his Car Insurance. It was way less than I was. I asked him for the number of his agent. I plan to see if I can get a lower rate too!

There’s a pretty good post here about kids and gardening and how parents can use gardening as a good way to teach some life lessons. I like the idea that anything can be a teachable moment, and it’s way better to have my sons out with me doing something constructive and life affirming like growing food we’ll eat later than them watching whatever the latest cartoon or music video is on the boob tube. Ha – not like I’m going to be able to pull them away all the time, but I try to get them involved every so often in a little ‘Mom time.’

I am am avid reader of our local newspaper and I am horrified about how many people get in serious car accidents. On the major road that I live by, there were over 350 car accidents on this street last year. When there is a lot of traffic it is simply a numbers game and it is terrible to see. This last week on the same street there were two fatalities. I noticed that a Scottsboro auto accident attorney is representing both of the families victims. When people are careless there really needs to be an attorney involved to protect the victims family. The violent death of a loved one is so tragic.

Do not insure your house along with the land it is standing on as this will cost you more but quite unnecessary (Particularly if you would like to get cheaper insurance quotes). Folks do this ignorantly. They just insure their home for its full value without removing the land’s cost.
If you made this mistake quickly meet with your agent and check through your home insurance policy. Deduct the cost of your land and buy coverage only for your structures and its contents. Your rate will be more affordable and you’ll still have sufficient coverage if you do this right. Since insurance is for things that you can’t afford to lose, insuring the land which can neither get lost or damaged isn’t right.

It’s more expensive but very unnecessary to insure the land on which your house is built (More so if if you’re searching for affordable Tucson free insurance quotes). People who ignorantly do this are paying a lot more than would be of any benefit. They just insure their house for its entire value without deducting the land’s cost.
If you did such ignorantly, you need to re-evaluate your home insurance coverage and go through it again with your agent. Reduce your coverage to the cost of your house and its contents minus the land’s cost. Your premium will be less and you’ll still have sufficient coverage if you do this right. No matter what you do and who you get in contact with, remember that the only things you insure are things that can be stolen or damaged and your land is not one of such.

These remedies work every time I develop a cold sore. My blisters normally last 8-10 days and finding a relief is a must. There are other cold sore remedies but these 3 are the best for me:
1) Apply ice on the spot where your sore is starting to develop. Continue to do this 3-4 times a day. More effective if you do this when tingling sensation begins.
2) Rub a liquid extract of aloe vera leaf onto your blister. Do this a few times, at day and at night. You will see positive results within 2 days.
3) Take Vitamin B & Vitamin B-12 supplements.
