We had planned to revamp the kitchen next year. In fact that was our New Year resolution cum grand plan for 2010. But with business so bad and my husband losing his job altogether, those plans have had to be shelved, if you’ll pardon the expression. Our kitchen looks awful though. My husband has a new plan, he will renovate the kitchen himself using used kitchen cabinets. Not any old used kitchen cabinets but top notch cast offs that are being taken out of some multi millionaire’s home to make way for this year’s design. They’re gorgeous, he showed me the photos he just took.

You don’t really think a whole lot about all the things that are affected by your credit until things go bad. You kind of expect that it will be much harder to use a credit card or apply for auto loans, but even things like insurance rates and the ability to get a job are tied to that little three digit number. Some rental places won’t even let you get a house if your score doesn’t check out. It’s definitely frustrating at best, but I guess it’s a good incentive to get things back on track and fix the problem as soon as possible.

I had a 9 handicap, so I turned to golf psychology tapes to help me get over the hurdle and lose those extra strokes. First of all, I was not preparing myself mentally before playing, and I kept losing focus throughout the game. I practiced the mend bending techniques presented and hoped I could use them in play. I was also not maximizing my practice sessions to the fullest potential. As I develop more confidence, I will improve my game and quit dwelling on the bad shots. Fretting about one missed shot can ruin an entire game of golf, and I was guilty of doing this.

Auto Finance loans are something that everyone is going to need at some point in their lives. I know that I am very thankful for my good credit because I have been approved for three auto loans since I started driving. I was only nineteen when I bought my first car so my parents helped me to get the financing for it. Due to my good job and excellent credit rating I was able purchase my other two cars on my own. The bank told me that anytime I need to buy another car or need a personal loan they will be glad to have me as a customer.
